Sam is a wonderful registrar, he has the best bedside manner and is respected and liked by everyone who meets him. Resus situations are calm and stress-free when Sam is around and he leads them well, whilst supporting his colleagues. He is an excellent clinician, and is always mindful of the infant’s neurodevelopmental needs and communicates with families with kindness. Sam always strives to provide the best care, whilst improving standards and encourages others to do the same. He thinks of others always and it is always great to see him on shift.
