Ash is such a brilliant member of our tier 2 team. He is supportive to the department, covering additional shifts, often at late notice. I am confident when ash is working he will make sensible, measured decisions but also know when to escalate. He has excellent diagnostic and management skills. He is always smiling. Is hard working and diligent. He leads by example and shows great initiative.
