Michel is a great advocate for each and every young person he supports. From acute care to mental health and neurodiversity, Mike is very easygoing and has a calming manner about him. I have had teenagers say how he made them feel safe and that he was non-judgemental when listening to them. They wanted to engage with him and felt he cared.
You can see how much he care, he is clear communication and always ensures he answers all the questions. He will reassure all the parents/carers. He is a team player and wants to support as much as he is able. He will support and teach others and give them the opportunity to asses with him. He always has the children and young people relaxed, and they feel respected by him. He is an excellent colleague and a good doctor always smiling and asking the team if they are ok. Michel will go the extra mile for his patients and see how things could be changed. He is currently doing the paediatric teaching and was respectful talking and listening to the staff about how it could support the team. Mike is a great person and an overall exceptional colleague.
