Exceptional paediatric trainee who excels in all aspects of the clinical work she undertakes. Vicky is calm, methodical, thoughtful and copes with the various challenges posed in the job with diligence and care. She operates at a level of a much more senior trainee.
During her time in Torbay she got stuck in with innovative projects, relevant audits, QuIP and supporting her colleagues by developing and sending out a monthly department education e-bulletin.
Additionally Vicky has a lovely manner with her patients, communicates clearly and competently in her clinic letters and is comfortable with families & children whether they are in a community clinic or resus.
Vicky is a natural leader and I hope will continue to flourish as she progresses through training.
