Losing Thinn to another deanery is devastating. She is hardworking, diligent and dedicated to providing excellent care for our children and young people. She is committed to learning having organised the teaching rota. With her experience and knowledge she is an excellent example and leader to our other tier 1 medics. I wish her well in her training and hope one day she might come back! Always a pleasure to work with and always wearing a smile!

Thinn is exceptionally hard working and experienced trainee who always brings smile to people’s faces! She is great to work with, showing great team working and leadership skills to ensure efficiency and safe practice. She is extremely committed to teaching organising our teaching rota and providing excellent teaching sessions to our GP trainees and F1/F2 doctors. Thinn shows great empathy and listening skills with patients and their families always considering their point of view and reassurance. She is an outstanding trainee who I know will go far!
