Sophie is a fabulous paediatric doctor in training and after 1 year so far at RCHT has cemented herself as a highly valuable member or the tier 1 medical team across neonates and general paediatrics. Why? She is highly organised, efficient, motivated to learn and progress in training, willing to listen and adjust practice, available and dependable despite managing difficulties with her own health that others don’t have to contend with, easy to get along with and liked by the medical and nursing teams. I have never heard her moan, she just gets on with things and as a result, things get done! Well done Sophie, we really value you here at RCHT team paeds 🙂
