Emily is a fantastic junior doctor. She is a keen and proactive member of the neonatal team. She demonstrates empathy and compassion to all the families she works with. She demonstrates exemplary team working and is always supportive of the wider multi-disciplinary team. I am always pleased to see Emily has picked up an extra shift and she has been excellent ensuring the new incoming junior members of the team are well supported whilst learning the daily working of the unit. She is incredibly efficient, an excellent asset to the team and is a joy to work with.
