Elinor is a great doctor so excels within the paediatric area. She is pro active and will ensure the best care, she is understanding amd non judgmental. She respects everyone’s point of view and is agreat listener, many time I have seen her sat with children and young people aswell as parents who are finding it difficult in ED. She is caring, compassioned and kind hearted. She has a great smile and attitude towards work. Very much enjoy working with her, she always has something more that she wants to do. Elinor will sit on the floor with kids, playing games to do assessment and observation. She is incredible with our mental health patients, doing a great HEEADSSS assessment. Fantastic doctor.
