Meg is hands down the best paediatric trainee I have every worked with. She is totally committed to paediatrics and making the care of children better. She is a great team player and always picks up her share of the workload and more.
She is incredibly well liked and gets on so well with everyone. Always a smiley face even when times are stressful. She is great at communicating with children and their families and always puts them at ease.
In addition to all of this she is a blinking good doctor! With excellent clinical acumen, her management plans are always safe and well reasoned. She is always calm in an emergency.
She is also amazing at teaching, taking every opportunity to educate the team.
She actively contributes to improvement and aided with the rewriting of the paediatric sepsis policy in Torbay.
We miss her in Torbay and are looking forward to welcoming her back in March.

Meg is an absolute superstar – she has stepped up to being a registrar with ease and been brilliant at it. She does not shirk away from any responsibilities and ensures that the whole team is happy and feels supported.
Megs communication with patients and their families allows them to feel listened to and have a good understanding of their management plans.

Meg has been an inspirational paediatric trainee that supports her colleagues throughout all situations. She is calm, collected and thoughtful with all of her patients and is an excellent example of a trainee excelling in her field with skills and clinical acumen. Everyone loves working with Meg and I believe she is thoroughly deserving of this award.

Meg continues to be a hard working, dedicated trainee. She truly cares about families and children, and will always go the extra mile to do the right thing. She is a fun and proactive colleague and looks out for her team.

Megan is a joy to work with, extremely knowledgeable and a true team player! She is always smiling and you know you are going to have a good shift when you are working with her. She interacts brilliantly with patients and really considers their point of view and their best interests. She has been so supportive to me in the development of my role and there is never a stupid question. She is an exceptional role model to others and a genuinely lovely person!
