Sophie is an amazing colleague to work with. She is really supportive of the team and is always keen to help others and share tasks. She has a lovely manner with patients and families. She also stays calm under difficult or stressful scenarios.

Sophie actively looks after the wellbeing of her colleagues. She prioritises breaks, organised socials for new trainees and is leading our paediatric improvement meetings to give trainees the opportunity to give the department feedback.

She is a pleasure to work with.
