Marco is genuinely the best F1 I’ve worked with. His friendly approach and enthusiasm makes him a pleasure to work with.

Marco is an F1 Doctor who has done a 4 month rotation in paediatrics. Marco is in training to become a Max Fax surgeon; despite paediatrics having very little to do with his future career he has embraced the rotation (particularly SCBU) and works well above the expected level of an F1 doctor. He has a lovely, calm manor with the babies on SCBU and really thinks about their needs when he examines them or performs a procedure.
Marco is quick to learn and to adapt to this new area of medicine for him. He works really well as part of the team and gets jobs done efficiently and effectively. It is a real shame we cant steal him away from max fax and convince him to be a paediatric trainee!
