The whole team of receptionists at ED Derriford do an amazing job. They have spotted very sick children and escalated their care immediately, they always check with Paeds ED if there is a query about the child who is booking in. They work under extreme pressure right in the eye line of the massive adult queue, but they single out the children and bring them to the correct ED area. Thanks guys you are appreciated.
