CYPOD is a great place to work. The team works excellent together and everyone is a great team player. As part of the MDT we all work closely together to provide excellent care for the child and their families and make an outpatient appointment as pleasant as it can be and build excellent relationships with the eve families. The skills that the team have are credits to them. Team work makes the dream work and CYPOD wouldn’t flow without us all working together. The perception of the ward is definitely changing and new staff have fitted excellently. Ranging from ward admin, HCAS and nurses. Without eachother we wouldn’t work. Daily we work with the same team so we know each other’s strengths and weaknesses and help eachother through this.
