This very small team of two qualified APNPs and one trainee work together as a cohesive team, each has their own specialist interest but all work across areas and help on level 12 wherever and whenever they can. They support every team within the wider MDT and all units well. They are constantly striving to improve the children of Plymouth’s care whilst they are on level 12, be that by creating new pathways, SOPs, etc, or by ensuring the teams are trained well. They work well as a part of the nursing team, and medical team, now working on the registrar rota.
