“I have worked with different members of the ward clerk team on the Short Stay Paediatric assessment Unit. They are a valuable member of the team in the running of the unit and the unit would not be able to operate without them
Each one of them brings a different quality to the work and nothing is to hard to do. If we need to change the way we are working, then they take this onboard and run with it
They are often found making drinks for the parents or even making up trolleys when we busy.
They are aware of what is happening in the team and always are there for those who need supporting.
