Rachel is a fantastic junior doctor. She works really hard, is exceptionally knowledgeable and great team player. Rachel applies her knowledge to clinical situations really well with excellent judgement and is developing really good decision making skills. It has been a pleasure to see her grow in confidence and skill as a junior doctor here in Cornwall. She will be an excellent paediatric registrar and consultant. Rachel has started developing great leadership skills and rising to the challenge of decision making and leadership. She is really liked by all members of the team. The consultant body all think she is an outstanding trainee who should be recognised for all her hard work. Well done Rachel we will miss you in Cornwall! |
