| Heather is dedicated to multidisciplinary working and providing excellent care to her complex caseload. Her colleagues value her peer review. She has some patients who feel that she is the person they want to speak to most as she is the person they trust and they know she will try and help. She links with other teams across agencies to improve the health of children across our locality.
Heather is always approachable and seeks staff opinion and ideas on how services can be developed. She is excellent at communicating with patients and their families, listening to their concerns and clearly explaining her response to these concerns.
