| Julie works so hard under the constant pressures of neonatal care. Julie had developed her skills to take out to the Neonatal Outreach to ensure safe, consistent patient flow, enabling families to be supported at home, ensuring fluent organised discharge from the Neonatal Unit. Julie always chops and changes her shifts at the drop of a hat to ensure the unit is covered and always offering her help and support on shifts. Julie is a fantastic role model and families feel so supported by her amazing care and knowledge, thank you Julie we really appreciate you xox |
