Tash shows amazing drive to make CAU the best it can be and encourages the staff to take ownership and share in the quality improvements. It is such a pleasure and privileged to work with Tash, she is positive, friendly and an excellent teacher. Tash always goes above and beyond her APNP role and is a great supporter of the nursing staff not only educating them with new knowledge and skills but also in supporting them establish these skills and boosting their confidence to achieve what she can see they can. Tash is always there with a listening ear when you need it the most! No matter how busy CAU gets or how stressful it can be Tash is there with her positive can do attitude and a huge smile on her face! Tash is an excellent motivator and mentor and when you feel like you can’t achieve something Tash will see your ability and believe in you, pushing you so you achieve the end golden goal!

An absolute star!! Tasha has achieved so much this year under incredible pressure and has done it all with a smile. Her clinical knowledge and skills are excellent making her invaluable to the team over the whole of level 12. She has an amazing attitude and is always willing to help with both nursing and medical teams. She has carried out many projects and is always keen to ensure the whole multidisciplinary team are kept up to date with information, ensuring the smooth running of level 12.

Natasha is extremely knowledgeable, and always there to help educate/inspire others. Natasha is very approachable to both colleagues and patients/families and delivers outstanding and individualised levels of care.
