| Sophie has worked with us as a health care support worker and a nursing student for the past few months. She has already demonstrated that she is going to make a great paediatric nurse. She interacts so well with patients and their families and has great empathy and I’ve seen her use some great techniques to get children to comply in some tricky situations. She has great initiative and thinks ahead. She’s such a great team player and a real asset to our team, I know she’s going to go on to have a very successful career. |
