Gemma is an excellent addition to our ward. She is fantastic with all age ranges on the ward from our teeny babies up to engaging with our teenagers. She’s always willing to help out in special care when needed and adapts her skills. Gemma is very proactive and goes above and beyond for her patients. She is particularly excellent with eating disorder patients and makes their stay a more positive experience.
Gemma is a great asset to our team, using her initiative well and always providing the appropriate support and assistance to her colleagues. She establishes a great rapport with the children and their families and will escalate care when required. Gemma shows empathy and kindness and has the ability to remain calm during difficult situations. |
