Jenny has been an amazing, positive, supportive, and caring person to work with. Some of the most sensitive and kind interactions with families I have seen have been when watching her work. This extends to how she deals with colleagues and other members of staff on any busy shift, and I see her as a role model for how I want to work in my own practice.

Jenny is supreme senior. Reliable, approachable and knowledgable for her juniors. It is a pleasure to work with her. I feel safe when working with her during busy on-calls. In addition to that she is kind and fun to work with. Families are in great hands when Jenny is their doctor!

Jenny is a fantastic paediatric registrar. She is approachable, measured and generous with her time. She is very considerate of the team around her and is particularly attune to noticing when others are struggling and offering support. Her kindness is so genuine and considerate that it goes far beyond the expectation of her leadership role. She is a fantastic role model leading by example. Jenny is hard working and conscientious. She always has time to answer any questions or help a colleague to solve a problem.

Jenny is also well liked by patients and their families. She is a great communicator and is able to reassure parents while also showing great empathy and respect for their ideas and concerns regarding their children’s health. Clinically she is a very skilled physician and I always feel in safe hand working with her.
We are so lucky to have Jenny working in the Peninsula region in paediatrics.
