Vicky has settled into the world of Paediatrics like a natural. She is a wonderful addition to the team and I have toughly enjoyed working with her. She is knowledgeable but is also is not afraid to ask when she feel she need more support. Vicky communicates well with patients and family a like. She is able to communicate clearly and effectively both verbally and in a written format. Vicky has fully thrown herself into the world of paediatrics embracing all the highs and lows. She is does not shy away from challenges weather this be a sick child physically or mentally. Vicky is supportive to all staff she meets, her open and friendly character makes her an ideal person to off load and debrief with after a challenging day.
