Tabby approaches her work with a great positive attitude and is always happy to support her colleagues and nursing staff. Tabby has a strong and confident style of communication and still manages to show empathy towards her patients and put the kids at ease when performing unpleasant tasks such as bloods or cannulation. It is always a pleasure to work with her and the ward runs more efficiently when she is on shift.
