Chloe is an SHO at Torbay. She is compassionate, caring, intuitive doctor who acts as a positive role model, and is honest and encouraging. She always thanks the ED Nursing team, and her bright and sunny persona always lights up the room. I feel I have seen significant development in how Chloe has approached children, she has a warm demeaner and gets down on a childs level more so than other SHO’s I have worked with. She thinks outside the box and is a constant advocate for CYP.
