Megan demonstrated throughout her time in Exeter that she is highly effective in many ways. She performed well above her level of training, undertook projects which led to change of practice whilst successfully completing her clinical exams. Megan is a truly exceptional trainee and will develop into a magnificent Paediatrician. Her achievements warrant recognition.

All Junior doctors should aspire to her high standards and knowledge!


Megan is simply the best paediatric trainee I have ever worked with in 30 years of neonatal nursing. She excels in procedures, documentation, time management, professionalism and team working. In addition she is great fun to work with!

Megan is hardworking, her note keeping is immaculate and the way she works with the team and how she talks with parents is always professional


Wow- Megan is a whirlwind and a tornado mixed into one. She is super efficient at all aspects of work. She has completed all of her exams by the end of ST2 while also managing teaching rota coordination and at the same time superbly reliable and an excellent team player. She is always available for her peers to talk to and will support them pastorally or clinically depending on the need. She has an excellent manner with patients and their parents who really appreciate her efficiency and honesty. She is keen to learn but is also pro-active with decision making

Megan has been a fantastic tier 1 Dr and will thrive when moving to the middle grade rotas.
