Andy is a brilliant paediatric consultant. He will always come round the wards before he goes to handover in the mornings, to make sure everything is ok on the ward, Andy will ask nursing staff about patients and consider their opinion as well as his own. He is always willing to explain things to you, that you might not understand, and the patients and families always seem to appreciate and listen to what he says.

Andy is an excellent teacher and is always willing to teach at any time of day, he supports the team well and loves a coffee run! Andy is very good with children and their families and is also passionate about building a future ED that will benefit staff and patients
