Dave is a legend, and as juniors we always love working with him. He takes a genuine interest in the team, making an effort to check in with people and support them where needed despite being really busy. His blend of seriousness and silliness makes a great team atmosphere, and he always tries to make time in the day to sit down all together for a proper chat (often also with cake!).
