Alison has excellent leadership skills, clear communicate and run an acute patient in the most settled way, everyone knows what they doing and she has regular check in to ensure everyone is aware of what’s happening with the patient care. She is very respectful to all the staff she is working with and offers support after events such as having a de brief. She really listens and if you don’t know or understand, she will support you in answer questions. Alison is amazing to work with and always positive with all the children she sees. She has excellent patient and family care to everyone she looks after.

Dr Janzen is an amazing colleague and paediatrician. She is supportive to the whole team and present when you need her. She has a wonderful rapport with patients and families. As a Consultant colleague, she is always willing to lend an ear, discuss cases, and helps out when there are gaps in the rota. Keep up the good work Alison
