“Ravi is a fantastic registrar and an excellent paediatric trainee. He is focused and prioritises patients and dedicated to his role in paediatrics despite the challenges that balancing this and his academic commitments must create. Ravi is a fantastic colleague to have when there is a serious situation as he is very calm and focused with excellent clinical judgment.

Ravi is a team worker and the ward works very effectively when he is around. He supports juniors while also allowing them breathing room to learn. He makes his team feel valued and appreciated. Ravi is also amazing at supporting the wider needs of his team alongside their learning and professional development and has taken the time to catch up with a debrief with more junior team members after challenging situations.

Ravi is a very effective communicator and is well liked and remembered by the families he cares for. Ravi puts families at their ease with his gentle manner and earns the trust of the families even when relationships with the wider team can be strained.

Ravi is a fantastic trainee and junior doctor. He is always spinning many plates but Im sure he will be a great asset to whatever area of paediatrics he decides to focus on. ”
