“Jenny is one of the most supportive seniors I have worked with. As a junior member of the team, I can feel completely protected but at the same am able to make my own management plans and assess patients such that my confidence in my own ability is improved. When feeling doubtful of a plan/experience, Jenny will ensure that she is there to discuss problems and will be so positive that I will instantly feel happier with a situation. She gives me the chance to practise more senior skills and discussions and is always willing to give constructive feedback such that I feel she has helped me to become a more confident as well as competent doctor.

Jenny is a fantastic registrar, who I always love working with. She is always calm and sensible, makes sound clinical decisions and approaches both staff and patients with genuine care. Jenny somehow manages to make time for her deanery work alongside a busy family life, and she makes sure that trainee wellbeing in the region remains a priority in the midst of a pressurised health system.
