“Rachel is a committed member of the nursing team, who gives her all to advocate for her patients. She is always prepared to teach new skills and educate and facilitates reflection of patient care in a relaxed and supportive environment. She is a valued member, who strives to provide the best safe care she can and is always there to lend a helping hand when required.

Whatever is occurring on Bramble or PAU Rachel will be on top of it. Skilled in oncology and a new member of the Band 6 team, Rachel is often in charge of the ward out of hours and is a real rock for the rest of the team demonstrating her leadership skills when running PAU and keeping an overview on the whole ward.

She is really a truly caring and compassionate nurse, with a real sense of duty towards her job and an advocate for her patients and her team, always willing to fight for what is right. A fount of knowledge and a good laugh she is always a pleasure to work with.”
